Complementary and Alternative Medicines for Mental Health in Veterans

This webinar explores the existing evidence of Complementary and Alternative Medicines (CAMs) for improving the mental health of Veterans. Dr. Abhimanyu Sud, Research Chair in Primary Care and Population Health Systems at Humber River Health, and the Chief Scientific Officer at the Chronic Pain Centre of Excellence for Canadian Veterans, and his team conducted a rapid review of CAM interventions, funded by the Atlas Institute for Veterans and Families. Findings from this rapid review are presented including which CAMs have the best evidence for efficacy for Veterans.

This recording is part of the webinar series related to the SKY-PTSD research study. This provides an opportunity for people to learn more about Veterans health with peers and experts in the field.
